Delivery (Mainland UK)

For products in stock, we offer express Next Working Day Delivery within mainland UK. Place your order before 12:00 midday (Monday – Friday) to qualify. If your order is received after 12:00 or at the weekend, it will be dispatched the next working day. 

Your order will be delivered by a reputable courier service, usually FedEx. In most cases a signature will be required. 

Cut-off times may change during busy periods.

For items that are not in stock, lead times will vary according to supplier availability. All AST Suspension orders are made to order, on average orders will be fulfilled in 2-4 weeks. 

Delivery (International)

Good news… we are able to offer International shipping on most of the products in our Shop. If your country does not appear at the Checkout, please contact us with your delivery address for a quotation (bear with us – we’re in the process of adding more countries).

Please be aware that you may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the recipient. Cooksport has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Returns

Thank you for your order! We hope you love it, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change so with proof of purchase returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt.

For a return or exchange please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or fitted cannot be accepted.

Warranty – Cooksport Lowering Springs

We offer the original purchaser a lifetime warranty on Cooksport springs. In the unlikely event that a spring has cracked or broken, please follow the below process:

– Contact us with proof of purchase,
– Send your cracked or broken spring to Cooksport, Unit 4 Wellsway Works, Wells Road, Radstock, BA3 3RZ (we will investigate any breakages),
– Upon receipt a replacement spring/pair of springs will be supplied.

​Please note that incorrect fitment is not covered, and all parts should be fitted by a trained professional.

Warranty – Other Manufacturers

Warranty claims vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. In the unlikely event that you have an issue we will do our best to contact the manufacturer on your behalf and support the process. 

Please note that incorrect fitment is not covered, and all parts should be fitted by professionals. 

Many manufacturers will not cover products after they have been used on track or in competition.
